• Can pieces be custom-painted to match my child’s tastes? Yes, at lemonlime kids, we believe that the child comes first and will paint canvases to your specifications.
   
• If I have a birthday party/special occasion coming up and need a last-minute present, can I order a canvas? Depending on the timeframe needed, we will more than likely be able to get a canvas out to you. The minimum amount of time I would need would be 1-2 days notice.
   
• Can you paint pieces to match my child’s bedroom or bedding? Yes, please send me photos of either one with any other specifications you have.
   
• If I would like a bigger canvas or one of a different size than the ones you have on your website, what should I do? Please contact me and we can discuss your specific needs and prices.  All prices are determined by the size of the canvas.
   
• If I’d like a canvas to go out directly to a loved one, will lemonlime kids ship it for me? Yes, I will ship your art for you for an extra charge. Some of my canvases have gone to Australia, Austria, Israel, Argentina, Maryland, Washington, DC, California, Texas, Florida and even Hawaii.
   
• What is the “Name Your Price” button on your site? It is a new service provided by PriceWhispers.com that enables you to tell me how much you can pay for a particular piece of art. I review the various price commitments regularly and where possible I will accept them. In today’s economic enviornment, this allows me to help Art lovers enjoy my Art at prices they can afford.

shipping and taxes:

ORDERS:
Orders must be paid in full before shipping. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for online orders.

DUTIES & TAXES:
*Foreign customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
*U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order.
*Goods will be shipped duty-free under the North American Free Trade Agreement; however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.

Duties & Taxes - within Canada:
*Canadian customers will have 5% GST added to their order.
*Ontario customers will have 8% PST added to their order.
*Customers from all other provinces are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.

PAYMENT:
*For online orders, we prefer payment via PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
*Payment by Cheque: You may pay for your order by cheque if your account is from Canada. Orders will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after we receive your payment.

SHIPPING:
When we receive your order, we will contact you via email or phone (if applicable).
lemonlimekids.ca uses Canada Post or standardized courier shipping methods that make our items insurable and traceable.  As a result, this allows us to confirm it got to you as the shipper promised.
Once the item is completed, lemonlimekids.ca ships out items within 5 business days. Please note that the pieces are hand painted so it may take a few days before items are shipped.  Actual delivery time of any lemonlimekids.ca order will depend on the artwork requested, method of delivery and final destination We will make every attempt to confirm this information via email when you order.

If you live in the GTA, we may arrange for alternate delivery methods. 

Priority/Rush/Oversized orders can be requested and additional shipping charges will apply.

CANCELLATIONS:

From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. For any reason. Send an email to lisa@lemonlimekids.ca or call (416) 648-2251 with your order details. Please note that an order is not cancelled unless you receive confirmation from us.
